As you should know it is compulsory from the 1st of January for all Male Gaelic Footballers to wear mouthguards while playing. Link to video available here More Information on Mouthguads available here Purchasing advice available here

Gaelic footballers in all age grades including adult players must wear a mouthguard from January 1st 2014. If you play football at any level you will not be able to play next year if you do not have a mouthguard. Please see here for more information from the GAA.
